There was this sci-fi novel I read some decades ago about a supercomputer that knew everything and could answer any question, so one day it was asked something like "what has been the biggest invention ever by man?". The supercomputer whirs for a while, then replies "God". I can't recall what novel was, I read it probably 35-40 years ago, but I believe it was much older.
The idea is to search for the truth and discard beliefs you understand to be false and not get stuck on them. If you know it is created by man, such as AI, you can know it's not God. Faith is mystery, it's not science.
Atheists are the strongest believers of all, because they are 100% sure that they know exactly what any other person means when using the word "God" and that it's the same idea that they have themselves discarded.
I normally don't comment on stuff like this, but this is dishonest at best.
The bible is a collection of multiple books, some are stories and myths, some are historical, some are divine law / ways to live. The vast majority of faith traditions today that root the bible as divine revelation do not see the old testament's law as binding on modern man, but rather either instruction for a more "devolved" people, part of an invalidated covenant, or part of an older "aeon" or age of man.
