(If you are burned out and want one)

I was burned out and recently left my job to take a sabbatical. I have talked to other people who are burned out but aren't taking a sabbatical. I am trying to figure out what the blockers are for taking a sabbatical. Financials? Leaving equity on the table? Not knowing if a sabbatical would help? Anxiety about not getting a job after you are done with the sabbatical?

I am single, young, hirable (software engineer) and have good savings. That made it easier for me. I had to get past the greed of making more money & vesting equity.
