Apple continues making bad engineering choices and lacks a decent quality control.

Nail him, I say. Why are Apple fanboys so litigious ? Jerky GUI experience has become the norm, but i don"t see people suing Microsoft or Google.

And when they win ? Will this set a precedent that companies have to take quality of SW seriously ?
