Thank you for the very thoughtful reply. Generally I like writing and am good at it when I'm in the right mindset. I feel like there's politics to everything but I hear that PMing it is extra prevalent so that is something I need to consider. Most of the PMs I work with now are in meeting hell, so I wonder if they need better processes. Anyways, thanks again for the thoughtful answer.
