The situation surprised me having been on the other side fighting GrubHub over missing food...getting $11 back from them is pulling teeth, but this guy stole nearly $400, and $288 on two occasions, and GrubHub refunded the entire order within minutes over a claimed "incorrect order" and only refunding the restaurant after media stories
