Yep; being likeable doesn't automatically mean being easy or productive to work with and that title possibly indicates the author doesn't understand that aspect yet.

It's somewhat common for people who don't like each other to be able to still function as an effective team - all that is required is respect. What respect truly means is a little harder to describe in words - I believe it's best for each individual to find a way to work out what everyone else means when they say respect (paying lip service isn't enough).
